Mandatory Association Leadership and Learning Series

This series will focus on education for mandatory HOA and Condo board members as well as community association managers.

The focus of the series is to empower our mandatory associations with the knowledge and tools needed to create stronger neighborhoods and stay connected to your city. This series will include attorneys, CAMs and insurance specialists to give updates and answer questions.

Community Connections - Healthy Conflict: Creating Boards that Work

Using an assessment from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this facilitated program explores the basis of organizational politics and board failure. It helps managers identify barriers to effective, functional boards and explores tools they can use to overcome board dysfunctions.
