This Land Development Code (LDC) amendment will add clear standards and review criteria to Chapter 58 to be used in evaluating compatibility for new development and redevelopment projects, as required by State Statutes. A definition of compatibility will also be added to Chapter 66.
Expected to be reviewed by the Municipal Planning Board on October 20, 2026. Ordinance anticipated to be adopted by City Council in January 2027.
