Apply for Small or Local Business Certification through Reciprocity

Already certified with another agency?

Use the City of Orlando Small and Local Business Enterprise (SBE) reciprocity program to apply for certification using an existing approval.

Step 1.Check your eligibility

Your business may be eligible for reciprocity if it is currently certified as a small business enterprise by an approved governmental agency with materially similar certification requirements.

Step 2.Register as a vendor

You must be registered as a City vendor to access the SBE FastTrack Reciprocity Application.

If you have not yet registered, complete the vendor registration process first.

Step 3.Prepare your documentation

You will be required to provide:

  • A valid Small Business Enterprise certification issued by an approved governmental agency

Step 4.Log in to complete the reciprocity application

Once registered, log in to the City’s certification system (B2Gnow) to complete the SBE FastTrack Reciprocity Application.

Step 5.We may request additional information

The Business Development Division may request additional information or documentation as needed to complete the review process.

If additional information is requested, you will be notified and given five (5) business days to respond.

Step 6.Application review and decision

If the requested information or documentation is not provided within the required timeframe, the application for certification may be denied.
