Provides a matching grant up to $50,000 reimbursement of costs for façade, site and building improvements to underutilized properties located in the City of Orlando.
Provides a matching grant up to $20,000 to off-set permit fees, impact fees and right of way infrastructure improvements for new and expanding businesses in the City of Orlando.
Provides a matching grant up to $50,000 to eligible 501(c)3 organizations to off-set sewer and transportation impact fees.
Provides up to $20,000 reimbursement to offset change of use transportation impact fees for qualifying businesses expanding or relocating in the city.
Allows customers who are charged impact fees to pay in two payments: 50 percent of the impact fees at permit issuance and 50 percent due before final inspection.
Provides a 10 year, 50 percent real property tax refund on the city portion of the new tax increment generated by a qualifying project.
