You can request a copy of your crash report online to submit to your insurance company.
For crash reports before 2011, use our online service to request a public record from the Orlando Police Department (OPD):

For crash reports before 2002, contact the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
It takes 3-5 business days after a crash for the report to be available online.
