You can reserve outdoor pavilions, picnic tables, multipurpose rooms and more. Public parks are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Request to Reserve Park Space

Receive an update from parks staff

Staff members will reach out to you about your application status within two business days.

If the space is available and your application approved, they will also review park rules, guidelines and our payment policy with you.

Make a payment

While on the phone with the parks staff, you can pay by credit or debit card. Reservations must be paid in full to secure the event date. 

Review rental documents

A copy of your receipt and rental contract will be emailed to you.

Review final contract 

A week prior to your event, you will receive the final contract which will include two emergency parks staff contact numbers and an approval signature from the city.

Host your event

Prior to your event, reservation signs will be posted. During your event, a parks liaison will check on your event to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Receive any deposit or refunds

After your event, a parks staff member will process any refunds based on your event (if applicable).

Keep in mind: 

  • Reservations must be paid in full to secure the event date.
  • Checks are accepted up to 14 days before the event date.
  • Damage and clean-up costs are deducted from the reservation deposit, depending on the reservation.
  • A full refund will be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather. 
  • A 25 percent administrative fee (not to exceed $25) will be charged for cancellations.
  • Cash or check payments are refunded in the form of a check issued by the City of Orlando and take 14 to 21 business days to process.
  • Debit/credit card payments will be credited back to the same card and takes 7 to 14 business days to process.

Cancellation Policy For All Reservations

  • Cancellations made the same day of making a reservation will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the date of the event will be subject to a 25% administrative fee, not to exceed $25.00.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the date of the event, all fees and charges will be forfeited.
