5:30 p.m. – The Collaborative Campaign for the Arts Kick Off
Amway Center, Disney Atrium, 400 West Church Street
Mayor Dyer will join United Arts of Central Florida as they kick off their Collaborative Campaign to fundraise for the Arts for ALL Fund, which supports 75 cultural organizations including local arts, science and history. This partnership further solidifies the city’s commitment to having a thriving and vibrant arts and cultural community that creates welcoming spaces for everyone.

5:30 p.m. – City of Orlando’s Black History Month Art Exhibition Opening
Orlando City Hall, Terrace Gallery, 1st Floor
Mayor Dyer, District 5 City Commissioner Regina I. Hill and District 6 City Commissioner Bakari F. Burns will host the opening reception of the City of Orlando's Black History Month Art Exhibition celebrating the creativity, inspiration and cultural heritage of Black visual artists. The art exhibition runs from Thursday, February 2, 2023, until Sunday, April 30, 2023.
6:15 p.m. – "Make a Heart" for the Diversity Mural of Orlando
Luna Mosaic Arts, 813 Virginia Drive
Mayor Dyer and District 4 City Commissioner Patty Sheehan will join Mills 50 Main Street members and Luna Mosaic Arts to help create mosaic hearts that will be used to extend the Diversity Mural of Orlando located at the former Lamp Shade Fair on North Mills Avenue. The original design was developed in response to the Pulse Tragedy on June 12, 2016, to send support and love to those who have faced discrimination and demonstrate that Orlando is resilient and a place of diversity, equity and inclusion for all.

5:45 p.m. - Dedication of Luminaries
Luminary Green Park at Creative Village, 437 North Terry Avenue
Mayor Dyer and District 5 City Commissioner Regina I. Hill will join with families and friends of those being honored posthumously with an official lighting ceremony of the Luminaires at the city’s newest park, Luminary Green. These 12 steel installations shine a light on the legacy of public service of those who dedicated their lives to the prosperity of the Parramore Community.
