Thank you for your interest in attending the City of Orlando's commercial and multifamily recycling workshop. As you may be aware, the city has passed a mandatory recycling ordinance. All commercial and multifamily properties within city limits must have a recycling program in place and operational by their respective compliance dates. This workshop is intended for property managers of commercial properties of 100,000-199,999 sq feet and multifamily property managers of properties with 75-249 units. The compliance date for these properties is April 1, 2021.
