City Beautiful Waterway Cleanup of Lake Fran

Volunteers will be taking part in the Great American Cleanup held annually through Keep American Beautiful. Volunteers will be engaging in litter removal in our wetlands and one of our local lakes. This event is perfect for families and anyone interested in keeping Orlando ‘The City Beautiful.’

RSVP is required for this event. This event will have a maximum of 50 volunteers. Please email sean.hipps@orlando.gov and include the number of people in your party and the email address for the main contact of your group.  

• This event will adhere to current CDC and City of Orlando protocols related to COVID-19.
• Volunteers attending a public KOB event are required to bring a mask and wear it while gathered near other volunteers taking part in the event. KOB ensures social distancing is adhered to while also providing hand sanitizer and latex gloves for each volunteer to utilize at the event.
• Additional cleanup and safety supply details will be provided a week prior to the event date.
