Request

Request to amend the Vista Park PD to accommodate the revised realignment of Hazeltine National Drive and to add more multi-family units to the adjacent McCoy-Eagle PD. Via the PD Amendment, +/-4.42 acres of land on the western border of Vista Park will be added to the McCoy-Eagle PD, with +/-1.33 acres being removed from the McCoy-Eagle PD and transferred to the Vista Park PD.

Generally located on the west side of the future Vista Park / Everbe development, east of Narcoossee Rd., north of SR 528 Beachline Expwy. and south of the Vista Lakes development (all south of Leevista Blvd.).existing PD - 1,572 acres; proposed PD w. amendment - 1,568.9 acres (District 1).
