Request

PD amendment to transfer +/-4.42 acres from the Vista Park PD to the McCoy-Eagle PD, with transfer of +/-1.33 acres to the Vista Park PD. Additionally, an increase in multifamily dwelling units is requested, from 600 to 900 units, within the McCoy-Eagle PD. Lastly, the applicant may be requesting the relocation of an existing billboard that interferes with the easterly McCoy Rd. extension.
