How to use the property locator:
Important: If your property is outside of city limits, please visit the Orange County Property Appraiser to find the property's jurisdiction and zoning district. You'll find the information under the “Info” and “Land” tabs.

Verify how property in the City of Orlando can be used and what can be built on it. Development standards include setbacks, height limit, density/intensity, and impervious surface ratio (ISR). To develop your property, you will need to comply with other city codes, such as zoning overlays, sufficient parking and green space, before requesting building permits.
