Landlords: Gather Everything You’ll Need to Begin an Application on Behalf of a Tenant/Validate a Tenant’s Application  

• A copy of your W-9 to receive payment for rent owed.
• A statement confirming the amount of rent owed by your tenant(s).
• A signed copy of your lease with the tenant(s). If the lease is expired, you will need to submit a statement indicating your tenant is living in the rental under a month-to-month arrangement.
• A copy of the payment authorization form directing where you want your payment to be deposited.
• Create an account and/or log in to Neighborly to begin or continue your application.
• Read and agree to the full terms and conditions, found within Neighborly, prior to submission of the application.
