Project hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Should JMD Global Developers or OUC experience unforeseen circumstances, work may occur on Saturdays only, between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
There is potential for traffic delays, lane shifts and temporary road closures. There may be times when a property owner’s driveway or entrance will be impacted as the project progresses. JMD Global Developers will coordinate with property owners when necessary to help maintain access to the immediate area.
Should an emergency occur, first responders and emergency vehicles will have priority access. The city’s contractor and OUC will coordinate with the city’s Solid Waste Division to maintain it solids waste collection schedule. In the unlikely event a missed collection does occur, a resident may dial 407.246.2314, and the city’s Solid Waste Division will make another attempt.
